Late arrival
Your room will be kept for you until 18.00.
Please inform us if you expect to arrive after 18.00.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel a reservation please do so by 18.00 on the day before your reservation date. Cancellations after this time will incur a charge of one
full room rate.
Leaving before agreed departure date
Leaving before the agreed departure date, as with late cancellations, will incur a charge of one
full room rate.
Stays of undecided duration
If you are staying at the hotel for an undecided period and extending your stay one day at a time, please advise us of your departure date by 18.00 on the day before departure.
Pets
Unfortunately pets may not be brought into the hotel.
Breakfast
Please inform us of any allergy when booking your stay.
Payment
Payment is required on checking in, if you have booked by telephone or arrive without prior reservation. If you use our online reservation service payment will be taken online.
Care of valuables
Please contact reception.
Smoking
Hotel Lanterna is entirely smoke-free. Please note that any smoking will incur a charge for cleaning.
